Hills compete in all the major team and racquet sports in a variety of local, county and regional leagues and National Knock Out cups.  The highlight of the year is competing at the AOC Sport National championships. For example, the National Championships of 2017 , held at the David Ross Sport Village, Nottingham University, was attended by 1700 competitors. Hills Road once again fielded a strong squad, representing the East in 10 of the 13 sports contested.

Representative sports are sports where Hills Road are represented at County, Regional and National competitions but the performers do not train together.  Primarily, this involves competing at English Schools events. e.g. Athletics, X Country, Golf. Recent successes have included Julia Paternain (3000m) Adelaide Omitowoju (Triple jump) both gold medallists at the 2017 ESAA National Championships.
